Clip #1:
(*it seemed like Dan McTeague actually spoke first but he was not on this clip)

1. Peter McKay (not informed)

2. Larry Bagnell (somewhat informed)

3. Susan Whelan (somewhat informed)

4. Andrew Telegdi (knows what he's talking about!)

Clip #2:

[00:00] 5. Randy White (willfully, and woefully uninformed)

+ Q&A

[15:00] 6. Sue Barnes - (seems to be trying to "sell" the bill by emphasizing increased penalties for growers, more uniform enforcement, says... "we deplore the use of marijuana", "bad behavior", etc.)

[31:43] Response: Elsie Wayne - she's really worried, calls marijuana "addictive", refers to her church a couple times, told Reader's Digest-style homespun stories of luring young pot smokers out of dark allies with promises of hot dogs and pop.

[34:15] 6b. Sue Barnes - She's very angry that parliamentarians are saying that the message of this bill is that using cannabis is alright. Also brings up International Conventions obligations.

[35:40] Paddy Torsney - Paddy was pissed at Elsie Wayne for asking her if she was high. There's a heated back and forth that's worth checking out. I don't understand why Paddy was fuming over this remark. I would have just said, "Yeah. So?"

[37:30] Richard Marceau - Elsie Wayne asked Marceau if he was high too, after he clapped after Paddy's remarks. He brought this to the attention of Parliement and demanded that Elsie apoligize to accusing them of being under the influence of drugs.

[38:30] Elsie Wayne left parliament chambers with her tail between her legs, to escape the follow-up demand for an apology by Paddy Torsney.
